Stars and Stripes forever....a rustic wreath celebrating America.

Remember the paper chains made from the gum wrappers of your youth? Well, this one (modern) kept getting longer and longer and I decided I wanted to do something unique with it. The stars are made of corregated cardboard with a bit of white acrylic craft paint, the bow is from an old florist basket, and the many feet of blue foil paper chain is wrapped around an inexpensive wire wreath from a craft store.

I think it came out pretty well! :)

Thanks, Bob! :)

BTW, if you click on the picture, you'll get a much better view of the wreath. I don't know why it wouldn't post that way in the first place!

Well, Hi, Sharon! Glad to see you here!

Glad you like the wreath! People keep telling me I should make them to sell, but I don't think I want to chew THAT much gum! LOL!

Thanks for dropping in! :)
